Purpose : Learners to take part in a 6 week group photography project that will engage them in the local Perth community and provide opportunities for learning

Objectives : By the end of this session you will be able to:

– Increase literacy skills through reading, writing & numeracy
– Improve ability to solve problems
– Improve ability to use your own initiative
– Develop knowledge of other support services

Week 1 – Intro to project (CATH Day centre)
Week 2 – Workshop with Students
Week 3 – Taking photos (In town)
Week 4- Choosing photos – editing
Week 5- Descriptions for photos (Library)
Weeks 6 – Putting it all together
